The Gospel works again at Emiliano Zapata

Quick report from the hotel!

At an evangelistic campaign, well over 300 people, in Emiliano Zapata in the state of Tabasco, came to Christ! People burned in the fire of the Holy Spirit. A lady named Lydia in her 60's, was healed completely from colitis. There were many with various afflictions who also said to have been healed in the Lord's name. Lydia came to the meeting in tears from the pain and left with no pain and rejoicing! Tomorrow I'll be ministering in the Potters' House church in this city. A thousand people strong and on fire for Jesus. What can I preach a church so passionate for the Lord? Oh I know, love, must be love! :-) We expect God to do mighty miracles and lives transformed by the power of God's word and Spirit!

Also thank you Jesus for nice air-con room!
...
Please please pray for us as the Holy Spirit leads you.

Much love and grace for you all!

The Word of God (a two-edged sword!)

Quick update!

Feeling tons better, thanks very much for your prayers! I always think that when Christians pray faith-filled prayers the world changes shape.

I've just ministered at "el Arca de la Amistad" congregation whose pastor is my good friend Jorge. I preached to the church the message "Approved for Ministry", even so at the end of the meeting 20 people committed their lives to Christ. Even when we teach the word to Christians, His two edge sword captures also the unbeliever's heart. Jorge is the president of the Pastors alliance of Tuxtla.
...
- Tomorrow, over breakfast, we'll be discussing some social actions projects God has been placing in our heart for some time now.

- Also tomorrow, there is a meeting we've been organising to reach out to a large group of unbelievers at a home.

Please pray for favour over us, we expect the Kingdom of God to permeate every sphere of society!

Big hug and many blessings!

My tummy is rumbling a bit, I'm hungry, good sign, I must take it easy though! :-)

Recovering and Exciting Stuff Ahead!

Hello there!

I hope you are all doing very well today. Although I feel very tired, I'm feeling much better today, as far as high temperature and aching is concerned. The doctor told me yesterday that it's likely I was suffering from salmonella and that I take it easy and rest. I'm taking the latter with a pinch of salt as there remains a lot of work to do. I'll be sensible though! Last night's meeting with our church in Tuxtla was very good. We had a good attendance and many already publicly declared their full commitment to this new work. We prayed and the Holy Spirit ministered prophetically to those who were at the gathering. I'm taking it easy today, so I'll be praying and resting as much as I can. Tomorrow there is a large gathering at a home where they are expecting up to 60 people ...to turn up. A lot of them are from a location named Comitan. For some time now we've been praying for the Lord to open a door for us, with regards to plant a new church in that location. Perhaps there may be some divine connections waiting for us?

Please pray for divine connections and anything the Holy Spirit leads you to pray.

Much love and blessing for you all!

A bit ill but going on in the grace of God!

Hola amigos!

Many blessings to you all! We'll be ministering the Gospel, this morning, at a large gathering in a home in the city. Also tonight I'll be ministering to our church "Familia Unida" here in the capital of Chiapas. Please pray for me in particular as I seem to have a bit of a tummy flu. No need to go into details but can't stand high temperature, and I do have some this morning. Please also join me in prayer for God to pour out His Spirit on every person who receives Christ as a down payment for all He has in store for those who believe.

I'm trusting God to restore me and protect my collaborators from any sickness and disease! Be gone this morning in Jesus name!

Salvations at the Prison and the Fire of God!

Many inmates and their families at the San Cristobal (Chiapas) prison came to Christ. It was a very emotional time, many wept as they repented and began to realise how dearly God loves them!

In the evening the Holy Spirit fell on the crowd after a great proportion of them responded to the Gospel of Christ. It felt people were literally ablaze with the fire of God. Meeting got very messy, we had to pull out and wait till God had dealt with everyone. Don't you love when that happens?

Our rest day tomorrow! :-)

Need some food now. Adios amigos!!

And the Kingdom of God Came!

We had 100 people at a new church plant tonight, that we have been working with over the last 2 years. 2 years ago they were just under 20 people. Pastor Eber was very happy to see the congregation packed with new faces. We had 20 responses to Christ and various people were filled with the Holy Spirit. Glory to God!

Tomorrow we're going to do a service at the San Cristobal's prison in the morning and in the evening we'll be ministering at the largest church in Chiapas, at the moment. We're expecting God again to do mighty miracles to confirm the word we preach. Please pray for every person who is to receive the Good News of Jesus Christ tomorrow. Also please pray for safe journeys and whatever God places in your heart.

Much grace on you all!

Miracles and Conversions to Christ!

Wonderful night at the "Montecristo colonia" in the Chiapas capital. In the last two days hundreds heard Christ is truly alive and saw His miraculous power. A lady who had been paralised in a wheel chair for many years walked for the first time! There were several crippled people who also walked after the word of healing was declared over the multitudes, in Jesus name! Yesterday, many people had already come to Christ in the same place in our first day of evangelistic campaign. Today I didn't lead people to Christ in a confession of faith, as unbelievers were already being filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke in other tongues and glorified God. This reminds me of Acts 10:44-48, worthwhile reading!

Tomorrow we're heading for another evangelistic campaign at "Plan Ayala". We're expecting God to do many signs and wonders in the Lord's name but please pray for our protection and God's grace on us.

I'm now off to bed now, zzzz, have a good day amigos!

Working with Our Church!

Hola amigos in Christ,

Many blessings and a warm brotherly hug to you all! I just wanted to give you a quick update about the last few days here:

-My bus trip on Monday night from Mexico City to Tuxtla Gutierrez was around 13 hours but I was able to rest on the coach, so I was ready for some Gospel Action the following day.

- On Tuesday morning/afternoon I was able to catch up with our pastor at "Familia Unida". It is a joy to fellowship with people like-minded with regards to the King affairs.

- On Tuesday night we had a meeting to welcome the British/Spanish One (i.e. me) :-). I shared a short word for church and prayed. Afterwards we ate very tasty tacos and glorified God in the fellowship of the saints. It was wonderful to see some many new faces. One feels such sincere love as the foundation of this church plant. We are honoured to oversee this work of God!

- Yesterday night, we had a meeting at a different venue, as the house where they were meeting had become too small. We registered 75 people yesterday in our contact list. At the meeting 30 people, many sobbing at the revelation of the love of God, gave their lives to Christ. Several people felt within how stones in kidneys and bladder dissolved. There was a general consensus among people who came to the meeting last night of a real sense of peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. There are great plans for all sorts outreach ventures plans and social action projects in the community. I'm so excited, glory to God!

Please check this picture as we've only been running only 6 months as a church since we first began in December last year. Isn't God good!

Truly all my love to you guys for your prayers and encouragement! I would love to be able to sow financially into this church planting venture. Should you feel a leading in this area, please let me know to show you what to do next.

Again all our love and blessings to you all!!

Our Weekend in Mexico City!

Hello everyone!

Thank you very much for your encouragement and praying for us. God's been very good!

What a joy to hear how Carmen, 72 recovered her sight "completely" as we laid hands on her in Jesus name! Also God gave Prudencia, 85 her hearing after half a century of complete deafness. Over 50 people came to Christ in the three congregations I preached today. Long day, but packed with wonderful manifestations of God's Spirit and power, loving fellowship with new brothers in Christ and lives changed by the power of the Gospel. Great way to start our first ministry fruits in Mexico City. Tomorrow I'm heading for my beautiful Chiapas. Long journey on a bus but really looking forward to seeing my wonderful family in Christ and carrying on the work that God has in store for us.

Please pray for us our beloved family in Christ!

A thought and a bit of an Intro!

Hola amigos!

Just a quick update. I'm now waiting for my flight to Mexico City at Heathrow airport with a real sense that this trip is going to be life-changing for many people, including me. I'm really expecting together with all our collaborators, to have fresh encounters with God as we serve Him in the Gospel and fellowship with other believers. This is certainly a wonderful thought to ponder about on this very long journey.

I should be arriving at Mexico City at 5.30am local time, 11.30pm UK time. I will be staying with Georgina and Jaime, a couple who we have in mind to pastor our next church planting venture in Mexico City. They are organising a large gathering at their home on Saturday night, where, I've been told, the majority are going to be non-Christian. It's always a joy to ...preach Christ to unbelievers who want to believe. On Sunday I will be spending all day with Osier Rojas, a brother in Christ who oversees the work of several churches. He's taking me to preach at three of his churches in Mexico City.

We're really expecting God to do mighty miracles, signs and wonders to point people towards Christ! Please pray for Jesus Christ to be glorified at the house meeting and at all congregations we minister. They've told me that security has been an issue lately in some of the places we'll be going over the next two days, so please pray for protection, and above all things for God's glory to blast us all in spirit and in truth!

Much love and blessings to you all!
